Open Clash Press the Settings icon Press Help And Support Press the Lost Village category Press 'I lost my village, how do I get it back?" Then on the top right hand side there should be a Contact Us button. |

Be warned, Supercell is infamous for being one of the worst when it comes to handling support tickets. For the lucky ones it usually take 1-2 weeks for them to reply, but it normally takes up to a month...sometimes they don't even respond at all. |

Maybe things have changed. I remember back in the old (lurking the forum) days that support was like hell. |

I suspect I got lucky - there are still numerous complaints. My best guess is that now they've shifted (see what I did there? ) to HelpShift instead of the email support tickets, they can process them faster, especially if they can use auto replies for generic ticket questions.
